• Gift vouchers expire 365 days from the date of purchase.

• Gift vouchers presented more than one year after purchase will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Jacqueline May is not responsible for reminding or contacting you when a gift voucher is due to expire.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

• Gift vouchers are subject to availability. Booking timelines may vary depending on demand.

• Gift vouchers do not guarantee a specific appointment date or design. All tattoo work is custom and discussed at the time of booking.

• No change will be given for purchases made using gift vouchers, unless change is issued in the form of additional gift vouchers and only in the available denominations (e.g. divisible by $5 or $10).

• Please protect your gift voucher and treat it as cash. Jacqueline May cannot be held liable for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, or damaged after purchase.

• The gift voucher must be presented by the customer at the time of use in order to be applied as a purchase, payment, or deposit.

• Gift vouchers are subject to availability. Booking timelines may vary, and a voucher does not guarantee a specific appointment date or design.

• Jacqueline May reserves the right to refuse a gift voucher that is deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or suspected of fraud.

• Jacqueline May reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the voucher, if deemed necessary (e.g. in the event of service withdrawal or circumstances beyond her control).
