Jacqueline May is committed to ensuring that your artwork is shipped securely and arrives in pristine condition. All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, and a shipping notice with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We utilize trusted carriers to deliver both domestically and internationally. While Jacqueline is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur, she will proactively communicate any updates or changes regarding your shipment to keep you informed.
Shipping is by Weight (CA$)
Orders up to 8 kg → CA$95.00
Orders up to 10 kg → CA$175.00
Orders up to 12 kg → CA$200.00
Orders over 12 kg → CA$400.00
Original Framed Artwork - Toronto Based
If you would like to pickup or get a painting delivered please reach out to Jacqueline via email prior to your purchase hi@hellojacquelinemay.com. We can work out an appropriate time and day if you would like this option. If you would like an artwork delivered a min $25 fee will incur - this will adjust depending on where you are located in the GTA. No fee will incur on artwork picked up from the studio.

Returns and Refunds:
Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All original artworks are unique and final sale. Returns and exchanges are not available.
