Processing Times

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. While I cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, I'll always do my best to keep you updated if any delays arise.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Sticker Orders

Sticker-only orders are shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail whenever possible.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are shipped in protective mailing tubes or rigid mailers using tracked shipping to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order contains both prints and stickers, your stickers will be packaged together with your print at no additional shipping cost.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.

Original Framed Artwork (Toronto)

If you're interested in purchasing an original framed painting, please email hi@hellojacquelinemay.com before placing your order.

Studio pickup is available by appointment in Toronto at no additional cost.

Local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area can also be arranged, with delivery fees starting at CA$25, depending on your location.

International shipping for original framed artwork is quoted individually based on the artwork's size, weight, and destination. Please get in touch for a shipping estimate before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Original artwork

  • Fine art prints

  • Sticker sheets

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hi@hellojacquelinemay.com, including your order number and photographs of the damage. I'll work with you to find the best possible solution.
